When creating a more complex Workflow, you may need to use several instances of the same criteria.

Instead of repeating the process of searching for that criteria via the criteria selector, you can take advantage of the quick and easy Duplicate button and then edit that copied instance of the criteria as needed.

The screenshot below is from a workflow using two instances of the Time the order was created criteria.

Having created that first criteria in the usual way to set our start time, we are able to use the Duplicate button to copy the criteria and then edit as required for our end time:

This duplicate criteria feature saves a great deal of time when creating workflows that contain multiple instances of the same criteria but with variations to the selected conditions.

Hopefully, this was a simple and easy-to-understand example of how the Duplicate button can speed up the workflow creation process.
